About Breaking Down The Bracket
Feature Presentation’s Breaking Down the Bracket originated in early 2006. Stretching from October through December, McKinney’s projected NCAA tournament field is released every two weeks in a seeding form. Then starting in January, the projection comes in the shape of bracket form and projections are made every Monday. Projections are made as if the college basketball season were to end that week. A final projection bracket is released right before the real selections are made on Selection Sunday.
